Hey Minneapolis!
Let’s cause some good trouble.
We’re a creative strategy firm that focuses on changing way disability is viewed. We do this by taking a culture-first approach and teaching the creative industry about the disability community through an intersectional and equity focused lens. We work with teams to translate those learnings into workflows, smart tools and consulting, helping them make their most inclusive (and impressive) work yet.
We took all of that company transformation scaffolding and swapped the tactics and roles for what boots on the ground activists and organizations are saying they need right now. This app takes less than a minute to use and correctly matches you to roles and organizations that need the magic that only you can bring based on capacity, limitations, and expertise. It guides you through what you need to do to be safe, risk tolerance and so much more.
But, most importantly, we just want to show people that you can take your professional skills and creative chops to make the world a better place every day — not just when crisis hits. The resistance needs us all, we’re so glad you’re here.

We have over 90 organizations (formal or grassroots movements) that are vetted and secure to work with listed here. Just because an organization is not listed does not mean that you shouldn’t volunteer with them! Do your own due diligence. The main goal here is to help folks find the most useful ways to be helpful in this moment.
